Jamie Rankins

Jamie joined the Advanced Fluid Technologies team in January 2018, as the Human Resources Manager. Before coming to AFT, she worked for Northwestern Mutual Insurance as an Office Manager from 2001-2005. She then went on to work for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences for 13 years, serving as a Project Manager and Executive Assistant before becoming an HR Manager in 2010. In her UAMS role, Jamie was responsible for overseeing HR functions for over 100 employees. There she gained the knowledge that has enabled her to do what she loves, helping employees to grow and develop in their positions while moving onward and upward in their careers.

Jamie holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, completed in May 2000. She is blessed with a wonderful husband, Matt and is a proud mom to John.
