Rachal Belanger

Rachal was born in Little Rock, Arkansas and raised in Huntsville, AL.  She is a graduate of Auburn University. Following her time at Auburn, Rachal worked in the Technical Products Division at Chesterton, Inc. where she met her husband, Michael. In 1993, they left Chesterton and founded Advanced Fluid Technologies, Inc.

Rachal now serves as CEO of AFT and Director of the Coatings division. She specializes in industrial concrete repair and cutting-edge coatings. She works hard to figure out the best protection for the most economical cost to customers, as well as working with trained approved applicators for many industrial applications.

Rachal believes in the philosophy of “surrounding yourself with good people that are smarter than you” makes for a successful incorporation of a team dedicated to exceptional customer care. In her spare time, Rachal enjoys decompressing on her small sheep ranch, and relaxing at the beach.
